Pamphylia, Side. 3rd-2nd cent. BC. Tetradrachm, 16.78gg. (12h). Obv: Head of Athena right wearing Corinthian helmet. Rx: Victory advancing left, holding out wreath; to left, pomegranate and ÄI, the Ä divided by a vertical stroke. SNG Paris 670. Though these coins can be rather plain and uninteresting, this particular coin is exceptionally beautiful. Mint State.
