NAC O, 13 May 2004, lot 1206 (this coin); another from same dies in Solidus E19, 23 September 2017, lot 21. Cf. HN Italy 2133 (earlier, no KP on obv.) and 2156 (obv. like our coin, but rev. eagle standing). HN Italy provides no parallel for the retrograde Ó on our coin. A very scarce, exceptional issue. VF/EF.
