ABOUT PHILLIP DAVIS

Phil has been a serious collector of Roman Republican coins for over 25 years, joining Harlan J. Berk as a cataloguer in 1999. He has published studies of ancient imitations of Republican denarii, and of the numbered dies of L. Manlius Torquatus. His regular column in "The Celator" was named "Best World Coin Column", 2004 by the Numismatic Literary Guild.
